While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale.

 

Confidentiality

All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

International Shipping

We are more than happy to ship worldwide.

All shipping obligations, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Price and Tax

All Prices are quoted as "initial price". Please note that prices and availability may change due to current sales.

The price shown for the artwork do not include tax, postage or packing. The price you pay will not include taxes or custom charges outside the US. Sales tax is solely charged to those who order from and ship to Florida. 

 

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns of products bought without proper cause and justification. Justifications for returns of any artworks (exemplars include limited edition print, painting, sculptures or any other  collectable artwork) are restricted to damages incurred prior to receiving the product; such as during shipment. Please note that the gallery is not liable for any damages incurred once the edition is in your possession, this includes but is not limited to the defects that arise due to failure to follow our oral or written instructions as to the storage, installation, use or maintenance of the work. Please note that, if you opt to collect your artwork from us at the gallery and have signed the Artwork Release Form, you are liable for any future damage to the work.
