Artwork Authenticity & Quality

Originality Guaranteed: All artworks available for sale are original pieces.
Artist Signatures: Each piece is signed, numbered, and dated on the front or back by the artist, or accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. If a signature is not visible, artists sign their prints and include a comprehensive details label.
Gallery Certification: If an official artist certificate is missing, the artist's signature on the work combined with the gallery invoice serves as sufficient proof of authenticity. For any certificate inquiries, contact theartdesignprojectmiami@gmail.com.
Website Imagery: Artworks may vary slightly from their online pictures. Images on our website and social media are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee your device's screen perfectly reflects the exact tones or contours of the work.

Dimensions Explained: "Artwork/Image Size" refers to the piece itself; "Sheet Size" includes the paper border.
Archival Print Quality: We use professional fine art printers with archival inkjet pigments on premium paper.
Mounting & Framing: Select editions are mounted on aluminum or archival acid-free mats to protect the print.

Fixed Runs: Limited editions have a strictly fixed number of prints. Once sold out, they are not re-released.

Framing Services: We offer custom framing options through our network of professional framers.

Global Shipping: We ship worldwide, with professional, acid-free packaging.
Production Time: In-stock items usually ship in 7-10 business days. Print-on-demand items may require 7-10 business days for production, plus packing time.
Tracking: A confirmation email with tracking details is sent once your order is dispatched.

Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.
Customs Handling: Local customs may contact you for payment. Delays in customs are beyond our control.
Liability: Returned packages due to unpaid duties are non-refundable.

Local Pickup: Items can be collected at our gallery, typically within 3-5 days. Please note that responsibility for the artwork passes to you upon collection.
