I have known Juan Carlos for more than 20 years and he has the ability to make the impossible a possibility, to charm his clients with his talent and wit, to be both joyful and professional. An interior designer has to become your confidant and your friend, that person to whom you trust your home, and then your second most valuable space, your office, or any other are of your life important to you. He has that "it" factor that he has now transported to Art:Design installation and his curatorial display at Art:Design is proof of all of the above. To know where one piece must go may seem quite simple to the common eye. But nothing is random, it might be emotional and out of instant but it is a process. To do it right is to make the person of any age watching any art work as complex as it might be connect with it, to lose oneself, and that is just magic. Both were on display at his show!
