The Art Design Project Art Gallery in collaboration with India Mahdavi and S. Russell Groves pleased to announce the exhibition:

ALBERT WATSON AND SARAH MOON

October 13, 2001

The joint exhibition "Albert Watson and Sarah Moon: Photographs" opened on October 13, 2001, curated by Juan Carlos Arcila-Duque from the a-d gallery, located in the Miami Design District. This event brought together the distinct visions of two giants in fashion and fine-art photography, marking a key milestone in Miami's cultural calendar ahead of the year-end international art season. The showcase contrasted the sharp, graphic, and highly powerful visual style of Scottish photographer Albert Watson with the painterly, ethereal, and nostalgic atmosphere of French photographer Sarah Moon. Through portraits, landscapes, and editorial fashion photography, the exhibition celebrated the technical mastery and contrasting visual narratives that defined both artists' aesthetics at the turn of the century. Running alongside cutting-edge furniture by India Mahdavi and S. Russell Groves, the space also highlighted exclusive accessory design collections by Arcila-Duque.
