6/11, 2023 is a magnificent abstract work by Alec Franco, part of The Nova Series, that challenges rational boundaries through a constantly vibrating visual ecosystem. Against a textured and heterogeneous background of grays, ochres, and dark shadows, the artist overlays chromatic masses and biomorphic figures that float as if inhabiting a cellular or cinematic space. In keeping with Franco's existential vision, the painting fluctuates between the representation of a cellular microcosm and the magnitude of a cosmic macrocosm, trapping the viewer in a universe where every particle is in continuous and dynamic motion.
 
The work resists framing in concepts, it overflows the contours and borders of the rational.
