This historically significant masterpiece sets an elite standard, establishing itself as a premier example of avant-garde architectural photography where structural infrastructure is deconstructed into a flat, abstract study of form and shadow. Shot in 1963, Leo Matiz masterfully bridges the gap between physical building blocks and the clean geometric purity of Neoplasticism, creating an explicit visual dialogue with the heritage of Piet Mondrian. The layout handles the sharp corners of the white concrete facade as dynamic graphic elements that pierce the composition, beautifully balanced by heavy, pitch-black shadow blocks and a texturized, cloudy background. Expertly developed as a premium gelatin silver print, the work celebrates material truth, contrast, and spatial harmony, delivering selective contemporary art collectors a museum-grade centerpiece of exceptional archival value.

Signed "Leo Matiz" lower left and embossed "Leo Matiz Foundation" on lower right, Verso reads: "Copyright: Alejandra Matiz"
