Plastically materializing the energetic atmosphere typical of the meditative mental space and thereby inducing states of contemplation and introspection has been the purpose of the mixed media works produced under the name Intentions of Silence.

Angelica Chavarro is a graduate of the Master's Degree in Plastic Arts from the National University of Colombia, Angelica also studied meditative techniques, yoga, kundalini, and tarot. Her recent work emphasizes art as a spiritual act, exploring themes of plenitude, thought, and meditation. Her pieces have been widely exhibited in galleries, art fairs, foundations, and museums.
